Leroy Tebie, Lay Minister and Mission Coordinator
Leroy Tebie graduated with a Master’s Degree in Christian Ministry from Lancaster Bible College and Capital Seminary and Graduate School.
Leroy has worked exceptionally hard over the past few years to obtain both a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree, while at the same time being a good provider to his wife and three daughters. Leroy has also recently been employed by the United States Postal Service.
Lora Shirey, Church Secretary
Before coming to Westgate Baptist Church, Lora spent her career in Office, Property and Project Management with an emphasis on Finance. She spent 20 years in government contracting before deciding to change paths and switched to the commercial construction field and ending her career spending the last four years in property management. She is now semi-retired and works serving the church. She has 2 sons, her eldest has been in the military since 2005 and her youngest is in the construction management field. She spends her free time loving and caring for her 2 little dogs.
